Centre Partner Terms

Centre Partner Terms for eDialysis.org.

These Centre Partner Terms govern a dialysis centre’s listing, account and use of eDialysis.org. By registering a centre or accepting these Terms, the person accepting confirms that they are authorised to bind the centre to these Terms.

1. The eDialysis.org service

eDialysis.org provides a platform that may help patients and authorised caregivers find participating dialysis centres and submit treatment enquiries. eDialysis.org does not provide dialysis treatment, make clinical decisions, guarantee patient volume or act as the centre’s agent.

2. Centre information and listing accuracy

The centre must provide complete, accurate and current information about its identity, location, contact details, services, operating hours, treatment capability, availability, pricing information where displayed, credentials and authorised representatives. The centre must update information promptly when it changes.

3. Centre obligations

The centre is responsible for holding and maintaining all licences, approvals, insurance, staffing, policies and clinical governance required for its operations. The centre is solely responsible for clinical assessment, treatment eligibility, patient safety, treatment, fees, billing, medical consent, record keeping and its communications with patients.

4. Treatment enquiries

The centre must manage eDialysis.org enquiries in a timely, professional and lawful manner. It must not represent an enquiry as a confirmed appointment until it has completed its own assessment and confirmation process. It must communicate any centre-specific requirements, fees, cancellations and documentation requirements directly to the patient.

5. Patient information and privacy

eDialysis.org may share patient information with the centre when a patient selects or requests that centre. Each party is independently responsible for the personal data it controls and must use patient information only for the relevant treatment enquiry, treatment provision, legal obligations and other authorised purposes. The centre must apply appropriate security, confidentiality and access controls and must not use patient information for unrelated marketing or disclose it unlawfully.

6. Security incidents

The centre must promptly notify eDialysis.org at [email protected] if it becomes aware of a security incident, unauthorised access, loss or unlawful disclosure that may affect information received through eDialysis.org. The parties will cooperate reasonably to investigate and manage the incident.

7. Use of eDialysis.org

The centre must use its account only for legitimate centre operations, protect credentials, limit access to authorised personnel, and not interfere with platform security. The centre must not upload misleading, unlawful, offensive or infringing content or use eDialysis.org to solicit patients for unrelated purposes.

8. Listing review and removal

eDialysis.org may review, request evidence for, edit for clarity, suspend or remove a listing where reasonably necessary to maintain platform accuracy, safety, legal compliance, security or user trust. eDialysis.org may also remove a listing that is inactive, incomplete, misleading or no longer meets its listing requirements.

9. Intellectual property and publicity

The centre grants eDialysis.org a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display the centre information, logo and other materials supplied for the purpose of operating and promoting the listing. The centre confirms that it has the right to provide those materials.

10. Fees and additional agreement

Any fees, paid features, service levels, data processing terms or other commercial arrangements must be set out in a separate written agreement or order form. These Centre Partner Terms do not create exclusivity or guarantee treatment requests, bookings or revenue.

11. Suspension and termination

Either party may end participation by written notice, subject to any separate agreement. eDialysis.org may suspend or remove access immediately where reasonably necessary for security, patient safety, legal compliance, suspected fraud or material breach. Clauses concerning privacy, confidentiality, intellectual property and liability survive termination where appropriate.

12. Liability and governing law

Each party remains responsible for its own acts, omissions, services and legal obligations. To the extent permitted by law, eDialysis.org is not responsible for the centre’s treatment, clinical decisions, fees or patient relationship. These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
